(1) The valve is designed in full bore, making it easy for pipeline flushing;(2) Connection between the ball and stem is done in fixed ball structure, requiring less torque, and offering stable sealing and extended service life;(3) It is designed with the spring pre-tensioned seat and upstream bi-directional seal to offer reliable sealing;(4) Fire safety, anti-static, prevention from stem fly-out;(5) Limit and lock functions against misoperation;(6) The packing is made of PTFE or flexible graphite, resistant to corrosion, offering reliable sealing, being easy for operation;(7) The hard seal ball valve (Q47H/Y)is designed with the seat in dust-proof structure, which is provided with self-cleaning function. The spring is enclosed with rubber to prevent from spring seizure due to intrusion of impurities; (8) The valve may be provided with different drive modes including worm gear, pneumatic and electric drives.
